Sister-owned. Cache Valley Grown. Cut flowers
Hello, and welcome to Heirbloom Acres! We are third year flower-farming sisters, Kara and Makenna, and we’re thrilled you’ve found our fields! Our family-heirloom farm is tucked away in beautiful Avon Utah, in the northern reaches of Cache Valley where we grow specialty cut flowers that you won’t find at big box stores or large scale distributors. Our flowers are meticulously cultivated, cared for, and harvested at peak bloom and freshness. We are passionate about growing to create beauty and we are experienced in our flower-farming craft! Makenna is a biologist with a Master’s Degree focused on native pollinators, and Kara is a certified Master Gardener. We have a deep respect and appreciation for nature which is reflected in our farming practices from our organic choices to our water wise irrigation methods. We also have a passion for education and believe that our flowers and our “how to grow them” knowledge should be shared with our community! In addition to sowing and growing, we also offer floral workshops and classes, bouquet subscriptions, on farm u-picks, and event florals. Whether you’re looking for DIY bulk stem buckets for your next dinner party, looking to learn how to grow your own cut flower garden, or you’re just wanting unplug and wander amongst the flowers, Heirbloom Acres has something for you.
We are Heirbloom Acres
Welcome to our dream! We are sisters growing blooms on our family’s heirloom land that has been in our family for nearly a century in Avon, Cache Valley, UT. Farmed primarily as dry alfalfa hay fields, we have transformed some of our fields into seasonal cut flowers.
